ClickHome27 is the next iteration of ClickHome. ClickHome27 evolves into a full end to end solution for homebuilders of any size. The new modules increase the functionality and make it even easier to manage the entire lifecycle of your build on one platform.

The rollout has already started and will continue over the coming months as we release each part of the new platform. Use Get Notified and we'll email you as soon as new features are available for your account.

If you're on a ClickHome Enterprise Subscription, ClickHome27 is available automatically. Cloud clients get access to a selection of the new components. If you're on a legacy licence (per-user or per-module), you're welcome to move across to ClickHome27 on our new all-in-one subscription. Talk to your account manager and they'll sort out the best path for you.

For Enterprise Subscription clients ClickHome27 is available automatically, and your existing setup carries straight across. Your data and configuration stay exactly as they are; the platform around them just gets faster and clearer.

The entire ClickHome27 suite is included in your per-job subscription. However, a few specific services incur additional consumption-based charges based on your usage:

  • AI Tokens
  • DocuSign Envelopes
  • SMS Messaging
  • Server Hosting

If you're on a legacy licence you're welcome to move across to ClickHome27 on our new subscription model.

Yes. ClickHome27 runs on the same backend, so your existing data and configuration come with you. You won't have to re-enter or rebuild anything.

Yes. If you're on a legacy licence you don't have to switch. You can stay on your current version, and we'll keep supporting it through your existing support term. The new ClickHome27 features sit on the new pricing model, so you'd only move across when you're ready to use them.

Yes, your current integrations keep working. ClickHome27 also adds a set of new standard integrations that connect with far less setup than before.

Training materials, documentation and video guides go up on our Support Portal as each part of ClickHome27 is released. The core workflows stay familiar, so your team won't have to relearn the basics; the guides focus on what's new and what's changed.
